This is Nikita. We met her back home in 2019 when we visited SPAD (Sociedade Protectora dos Animais Domésticos). Despite their incredibly hard working staff, this Madeiran shelter is underfunded and home to an overwhelming number of animals that need our help.

This is Leo Ferreira, the youngest member of our family. Leo specializes in non-verbal customer service and can usually be found napping at our North Vancouver location. He doesn't need any donations, he just wanted to thank you for caring about his friends in need.
