We must ask that you do not bring any pets into the courtesy vehicles as a safety precaution. Although each vehicle is carefully detailed after returning to us, even the slightest residue may have severe consequences if the next customer has an allergic reaction while driving.

Our fleet of courtesy vehicles consists of late model Toyota Rav4s and Volkswagen Jettas. If you know that you will require a courtesy car, please let us know well in advance so that we can make sure that one will be available during your collision repairs.

Once you have signed the necessary paperwork for a courtesy car, your insurance will begin to cover the vehicle until you return it to one of our locations. This also applies to any rental vehicles that we may organize for you during your collision repairs.
